Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across financial operations
- Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership
- Train staff on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Stay current with evolving compliance laws (AML, BSA, etc.)
- Collaborate with legal and internal audit teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state banking regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software and MS Office
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CAMS) preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
