Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to federal/state regulations (SEC, FINRA, AML)
- Develop/implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Train staff on regulatory requirements
- Prepare compliance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Law
- 3+ years compliance/financial services experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., MetricStream)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
