Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies accordingly
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across operations
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations (FINRA, SEC)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
