Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal/state regulatory changes (FINRA, SEC, NMLS)
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments
- Develop/update compliance policies and procedures
- Train staff on regulatory requirements and ethical practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Prepare regulatory reports and disclosures
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience
- CRCM or CCEP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., Compliance.ai)
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
