Responsibilities

  • Core Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies immediately.

  • Tax Preparation Support: Assist the Senior Accountant and CPA during tax season by gathering necessary documentation and organizing financial records.
  • Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and contract terms to maintain positive business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
