  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure all timecards and deductions are accurate.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner.

  • Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) to maintain accurate digital records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or desktop software is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
