Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Implement QuickBooks systems and optimize accounting workflows
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Support budget forecasting and expense tracking initiatives
- Train clients on financial management best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
