Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients and process payments received.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial records are compliant with GAAP and company policies.
- Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation of payroll documents and tracking of time off.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite is required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
