- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple business entities
- Maintain QuickBooks and ERP systems with real-time data entry
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift hours
- Generate financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping with QuickBooks proficiency
- Proven night shift or remote work history
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
