Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure tax filings are completed timely.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) to track financial data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
