Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and network to build and maintain a robust book of business within the Boston metropolitan area.
- Financial Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to develop personalized investment strategies, retirement plans, and risk management solutions for clients.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the execution and monitoring of investment portfolios, ensuring they align with client objectives and market conditions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to all FINRA regulations, SEC guidelines, and internal compliance protocols.
- Client Relationships: Maintain high-touch communication with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice to foster long-term loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the investment committee and support staff to refine strategies and share market insights.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63) licenses, or be willing to obtain them within 6 months of hire.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, or investment advisory is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of setting and achieving aggressive sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using financial software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
