Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using provided software and hardware
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance documentation
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through provided auditing tools
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain confidential employee records using encrypted systems
- Generate payroll reports for leadership review
- Stay updated on FLSA and CA labor law changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with provided ADP/Workforce Now systems
- Knowledge of CA payroll regulations and tax codes
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with garnishment and deduction processing
- Ability to operate provided biometric timekeeping systems
- Professional certification (CPP/FPC) preferred
