Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process weekly payroll and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports for clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and VAT submissions
- Conduct quarterly account reconciliations
- Assist with year-end tax preparations
- Provide financial insights to improve cash flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- UK payroll processing knowledge
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
