Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple clients.
- Prepare and send invoices, and collect outstanding payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and year-end tax documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (2+ years required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be located in Las Vegas, NV, or willing to commute.
