Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries on a weekly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and year-end audits.
- Maintain and organize financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Process payroll support and assist with payroll tax filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports for multiple clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
