Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with tax preparation and financial audits
- Implement efficient bookkeeping processes for diverse clients
- Communicate financial insights to business owners clearly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) a plus
