- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with precision.
- Process payroll and ensure tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage software.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
