Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-week bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Process client invoices and ensure timely payment collection.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Perform general ledger entries and maintain accurate tax records.
- Communicate with clients regarding account status and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
