Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts weekly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict compliance protocols
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-month accounting tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-4PM)
- Florida CPA certification preferred
