Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable records
- Process bi-weekend payroll transactions and tax filings
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audit preparation with organized documentation
- Implement QuickBooks updates and system maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
