Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions using QuickBooks Online with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets for portfolio clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documentation
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and audit documentation
- Implement financial controls to prevent discrepancies and fraud
- Provide weekend financial reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven reconciliation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) highly valued
