Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and vault duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- TX Notary Public certification preferred
- Must pass background check and credit review
