Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional service to bank clients in-person and via phone
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise financial records
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Pass background check and credit check
- Tennessee residency required
