Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to resolve account inquiries and promote bank products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily reconciliation
- Uphold security protocols to prevent fraud and protect customer assets
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Assist with new account openings and basic loan documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Familiarity with banking software (will train on proprietary systems)
- Pass background check and credit check
