Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Upsell bank services including credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer experience workflows
- Maintain organized transaction records and support audit processes
- Participate in quarterly branch training initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10-15 lbs
- Successful background check and credit verification required
- Ohio Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
