Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage and process payroll for multiple employees accurately and on time.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
