We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth. This is an urgent hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who excels in financial organization.
In this role, you will manage the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in all accounting records and providing essential support to the finance department.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and bill payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Perform regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
