Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.

- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and monthly financial statements.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits and tax preparation.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Organize and file financial documents for audit trails.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
