Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget variance analyses
- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Support audits by maintaining organized financial records
- Implement internal controls to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with CPA firm for quarterly/year-end reporting
Qualifications
