As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' financial health. You will work closely with senior staff to master the fundamentals of bookkeeping, from daily data entry to financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll transactions for client companies.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with tax preparation support during tax season.
- Communicate with clients regarding invoice questions and payment status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Must be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to learn industry-standard accounting software (we provide training).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote training.
