Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, handle payments, and track incoming revenue accurately.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly compare your financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic financial reports and maintaining ledgers.
- Data Entry: Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records.
- Expense Tracking: Categorize and log business expenses for tax and budget purposes.
- Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in numbers and data.
