In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our clients by ensuring accuracy in daily transactions, payroll processing, and month-end close procedures. Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll for multiple clients using industry-standard software.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and account status.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
