Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll for the night operations team with precision.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filings.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
