Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all invoices and payments are processed accurately.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare general ledger entries for the night shift.
- Process payroll and assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and generate accurate financial reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve discrepancies or answer financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; high school diploma required.
- Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
