Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with precision.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries to the general ledger.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Process payroll for the night shift workforce.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure strict compliance with accounting standards.
- Generate financial reports and analyze variances for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop is required.
- Experience with Xero or NetSuite is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shift hours (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
