Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Willingness to participate in our paid training curriculum.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
