We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team in Philadelphia, PA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring our clients' financial data is organized and fully compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll for multiple employees accurately and on time.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and tax filings.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Provide exceptional support to the accounting manager and senior staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
