Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with precision.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Process payroll for multiple clients ensuring timely weekly disbursements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and monthly reports.
- Organize and maintain an organized filing system for all financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account inquiries and status updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
