Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure tax compliance.
- Perform monthly and annual budget reviews and variance analysis.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and organized.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
