Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations efficiently.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Process payroll for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Xero or Sage is a plus.
