Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and filings.
- Process payroll updates and manage employee time tracking systems.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage (1-3 years required).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
