Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Manage monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support the payroll process and ensure tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Organize and file financial documents for audits and compliance.
- Process expense reports and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
