Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Process payroll using ADP or QuickBooks Payroll.
- Prepare and send accurate invoices and billing statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with GAAP standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for tax documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
