As our Bookkeeper, you will be the gatekeeper of our financial data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Process payroll and manage employee time tracking systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger and assist with year-end audits and tax preparations.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or Xero proficiency required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Experience with payroll processing and bank reconciliations.
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
