Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor relations, and ensure timely payment of all liabilities.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in the weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
