Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage general ledger entries and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and process payroll with high attention to detail.
- Assist with the month-end close process and generate financial reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
