Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices, ensuring timely collection.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank transactions.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
