Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare and send professional invoices to clients and vendors.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
