Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Perform accurate monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process payroll for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and ensure tax filings are submitted on time.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and year-end audits.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required).
- Strong working knowledge of Xero is a plus.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a remote-capable office setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
