Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to track expenses and maintain ledgers.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Deep understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
